A bit about me
i'm siddhant, based in bangalore.
used to compete at the national level in sports. retired from that now, figuring out a new mix of staying athletic and building things — training and entrepreneurship, same intensity, different direction.
on the tech side, i'm doing a dual-degree in data science at IIT madras and CS & AI at scaler, and building full-stack and AI projects on the side. i like knowing how something actually works before i ship it.
pretty direct in how i think and talk. still figuring a lot out, just doing it in the open.

What I believe
struggle before ai i write the first attempt myself, ai handles the syntax after i've already decided the shape
concurrency isn't an edge case enforcement that only works single-threaded doesn't work
estimates lie, invoices don't reconcile against what actually got billed, not what was predicted
differentiation dies fast if the pitch could describe three other tools by next quarter, it's not a moat
depth over breadth one project i can defend under questioning beats five i can only demo
